How to Automate Prompts and Use Viewers

Automating prompts in Maestrow transforms how scheduling and network planning teams operate. While you're offline, Maestrow works in the background executing pre-built prompts triggered by operational events. When you sign in, insights are ready for review and action.

Why Automate Prompts?

Consistency of output

Standardised prompts produce consistent results every time — whether triggered daily, weekly, or during disruptions. This is essential for comparing scenarios over time, tracking performance, and maintaining operational integrity.

Reduced risk

Once a prompt is tested and validated, reusing it minimises errors from manual edits or ad hoc changes.

Speed and responsiveness

Automated prompts can instantly trigger workflows — rerouting aircraft, adjusting crew schedules, or responding to demand shifts.

Shared framework

When multiple teams use the same prompt, it creates a common language and logic, improving collaboration and ensuring alignment.

Audit trail

Reused prompts document how decisions were made — critical for compliance, internal reviews, and post-disruption analysis.

Important Note

Automated prompts are visible to anyone in your company with access to Maestrow, and appear on the Maestrow AI Assistant page. You are allowed 10 automated prompts. If you need more, contact your account manager.
